What does 425 GSM mean and why is it the perfect choice for Swiss weather?

GSM (grams per square meter) measures the density and weight of a fabric. The higher the value, the warmer and longer-lasting the hoodie.

Industry standard:Most hoodies are 270-350 GSM. Thin enough for fast fashion, but too light for the Swiss winter.
Alpine strength:425 GSM per layer × 2 layers = 850 GSM total weight. Specially developed for colder climates with reinforced seams and extra thermal insulation.
