  1. Delivery area
    We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein and to selected other countries (shown at checkout). We cannot ship to P.O. box addresses or parcel lockers.

  2. Shipping costs

    • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: The flat shipping rate is CHF 8.50 per order. Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 50.00, express shipping included.
    • Europe: Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 180.00. Below that, the shipping costs are shown at checkout.
    • Other countries: Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 220.00. Below that, the shipping costs are shown at checkout.
    • Deliveries abroad may incur additional customs duties and import charges, which are paid by the recipient.

  3. Delivery times

    • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of payment. We ship pre-ordered items as soon as they are available.
    • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: standard shipping 1-2 business days, express shipping 1 business day from dispatch.
    • Europe: usually 2-4 business days from dispatch.
    • Other countries: usually 3-7 business days from dispatch.
    • If your delivery is delayed, we will let you know by email right away.

  4. Shipping carrier
    We ship with Swiss Post. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.

  5. Transport damage
    If the goods are damaged in transit, please let us know right away and report the damage to the carrier responsible.

  6. Undeliverable parcels
    If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, the customer pays the cost of shipping it again.
